1. Requirements confirmation and design

Client consultation → 3D modeling & technical drawings

Check the boat design with customer, need to fully understand the customer's requirements then make a scheme plan, scheme plan including G/A drawing, 3D outside looking, boat description, equipment list, material list.

After confirmed with the client, then make the details of the construction drawings.

2. Build the simple female mold according the line chart drawings.

3. Materials preparation

• Aluminum alloy sheet cutting (laser/water jet)

• CNC machining of structural parts

4. Hull forming

• Modular welding (TIG/MIG process)

• Leakage and strength testing

5. Outfitting and painting

• Power system/electrical installation

• Anti-corrosion coating and customized painting

6. Test & Delivery

• Sea trial in water (speed/stability test)

• Delivery to the client
